
David has an extensive background in criminal justice and has served with the Saco Police Department, Biddeford Police Department and the York County Sheriff’s Department, both as a Deputy and as a Corrections Officer. He has also served as a Court Mediator and Criminal Justice Professor.
He is an ordained clergyman and is presently the Pastor of Oak Ridge Bible Church in Biddeford.
Fishing out of Camp Ellis, David has also been a lobsterman. He lives in Lyman and is married to the former Sylvia Fogg of Saco. They have three children and ten grandchildren.
